Shannon Weissleder has been turning houses into homes for over 20 years. From small, single room projects to large-scale renovations and restyling, her goal has always been to capture the essence of a client. Shannon currently resides in Golden, CO with her 13-year-old daughter and 9-year-old son. She recently embarked on building another dream home which adds to her construction skills and knowledge. Shannon is constantly on the lookout for her next big design project.
Shannon graduated from the University of Colorado with a degree in Business Management, and has since worked as a house flipper, real estate manager, Realtor ® and designer. She has purchased and managed the remodel of many distressed homes into profitable re-sales. Her experience in design and remodeling combined with her love of real estate helps clients to visualize and actualize the possibilities of their home.
